If you have been in this industry before, you already have a list of reasons to say no. So did I. I spent months on mine.
Fourteen years in the direct sales model, eleven of them building to Executive Regional Vice President. Then a retail store, and a corporate marketing job I held at the same time. I know what the glass ceiling feels like and I know what a bad compensation change feels like when it arrives by email on a Tuesday.
I did not come back for a company. I came back because I know the people running this one, I researched it the way I research everything, and three months in I am more convinced than I was at the start. That is not usually how this goes.
Every rank in this plan can be reached on retail sales alone. Recruiting is never required. Team-building is what I have chosen to do because it suits my background, but the plan does not force it on you and I will not pretend otherwise.
Commission starts at 20 percent and scales to 35 percent as your volume grows. It is $50 a year, which covers your enrollment and your affiliate website together. Buying product up front is not required, though I will tell you honestly what I have watched work and what I have watched stall.
No urgency, no ground floor speech, no lifestyle photos. If a business needs those to sound good, it does not sound good.
This is the single most common thing people say to me, and I think it is a point in your favor.
The women who do well here are not the ones performing. They are the ones their friends already text before buying anything. If you have ever been the person people ask, you have the only qualification that matters.
I am full-time on this, which most mentors are not. That means I build the tools, write the systems, and hand them over finished. You are not inventing anything from scratch at ten at night after your real job.
You also get someone who will tell you the truth about your numbers.
I am selective about who I bring on, and it may not be a fit in either direction. That is a completely acceptable outcome. But if you are even slightly curious, it is worth twenty minutes and I would rather you hear the real version from me than a version assembled from my Instagram.
